The only trouble is, none of it is true. The multi-page scam was delivered to hundreds of thousands, perhaps even millions of homes in the U.K. during the first week of January 2003.
I wonder if any of the households in the U.K. that were the potential targets for this scam have guard dogs. Could someone train them to rip the arms off the mail delivery people the next time they stuff this kind of junk into your mailbox?
How could the postal service in Britain have allowed this kind of scam in the first place. Certainly the Advertising Standards Authority in the U.K. will be bombarded by complaints. If you have received one of these mail pieces, save it all and contact the ASA to file a complaint.
